Established in 2006, Color Design Development Group LLC™ is an architectural color consultancy for commercial and residential real estate portfolio managers who want to increase the value of their properties and create an inviting atmosphere for current and prospective tenants.

Kimberly has partnered with leading real estate developers, architects, and property managers across sectors—ranging from multi-family housing, mixed-use developments, and student living to senior housing and master-planned communities.
