Built in 1967, Dwell needed a color palette to support its mid-century architecture while complimenting its existing neighborhood.

The new color design is cheerful and vibrant, appealing to the young and lively demographic of Old Town Scottsdale. We transformed the wood vinyl into a colorful placement and used two accent colors to add visual interest.
